Why SEO is similar to body building...


 
Bodybuilding and SEO actually have a lot in common. I mean think about it, you can submit hundreds of articles and links within a week, but you will not experience any results will you? The key is consistency and focus. Ask a gym instructor how to get bulging biceps that barley fit into your work shirt and he will give you the same answer… consistency and focus.
